The RF Government regulation N 717 dated June 17, 2017 supplemented the united list of production to be subject to compliance confirmation in the form of compliance declaration acceptance, stated by the Regulation of the RF government N982 dated December 1, 2009, by section 2221 “Heat-insulating materials” and section 2364 “Construction mixtures and mortars”.

Since December 27, 2018 LujaBetomix OOO has implemented the obligatory compliance confirmation for its concrete mixtures under GOST 7473-2010 ‘Concrete Mixtures. Specifications’ in the form of the compliance declaration acceptance.
The compliance declaration registration number – РОСС RU Д-RU.РА01.В.14506/18, registration date – 27.12.2018.

Concrete types

Constructional (Ready-Mix) Concrete – from B7.5 to B80 multipurpose classical concrete.

Floor Concrete – from В22,5 to В45 designed for making concrete floors; distinguished by better workability and durability.

Hydrotechnical concrete mixes – from В25 to В80 with waterproof grades from W6 to W16.

Freeze / Thaw Resistant Concrete – from В25 to В80 with frost resistant grades from F100 to F400.

Fiber-Reinforced Concrete – designed for construction structures experiencing high dynamic loads, in exceptional cases – for reinforcement.

Concrete for underwater casting (Underwater Concrete).

Semi-Dry Concrete – is intended for road maintenance works and for making border and sidewalk stones.

Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) – from B25 to B80 – is used in high-density reinforcement structures and does not require vibration during compacting.

Expanded Clay Aggregate Concrete – lightweight concrete using artificial aggregate based on expanded clay. Depending on a type of application Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate Concrete (LECA Concrete) is devided to structural, thermal-insulating, structural-thermal-insulating. The Thermal-insulating LECA Concrete of different textures is basically used  as thermal-isolation material for layered building envelopes.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) concrete – is a form of lightweight concrete, where the normal aggregate is replaced with expanded polystyrene granules. The density of the material is typically in the range from 150 to 600 kg/m³.

Shrinkage-Compensating Concrete (SCC) – a type of concrete, based on portland cement and an expansive component. The hardening of SCC does not lead to a decrease in the linear dimensions of the product and ensures its increased watertightness.

“Hot concrete”

“Hot concrete” is a prosessing technology used for all types of concrete with normalized temperature of +20, +30, +40 C°. It can be used for laying in subzero temperatures in winter period.
Advantages of hot concrete:
•    it provides durability increase within a short concrete casting period during winter season;
•    on certain condition it allows concrete casting without anti-frost admixtures. The salt-containing admixtures  have a negative effect on concrete structure and durability and cause the reinforcement rods rusting;
•    it gives opportunity of fast formwork removing;
•    on certain conditions it allows not using additional concrete heating after casting;
•    it provides energy and working time saving, decreasing costs for heating equipment.
